To return an item, please contact us within 30 days after delivery.

Your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it: unworn and unused with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You'll also need your purchasing receipt.

You'll receive a return mailing label and detailed instructions if your return is approved. Returns will not be accepted unless a return authorization has been granted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt, please check your purchase for any defects, damages, or incorrect items and let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate and correct the situation.

  Product Return Policy Exceptions

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), special orders, and hygiene products are not returnable (such as beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns of any flammable substances or gases or any items deemed to be hazardous. If you have any inquiries or problems regarding your individual purchase, please get in contact.

Gift cards and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

 The quickest approach to receiving what you want is to send back what you already have and then buy the replacement item separately after your return has been processed.

  A Retrospective Period of 14 Days in the European Union

In spite of the above, if the goods are destined for a country in the European Union, you have 14 days to change your mind about keeping them or sending them back for a refund. All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. You'll also need your purchasing receipt.

Refunds

 Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know if your refund has been processed. If your refund is accepted, you should expect it to appear in your original form of payment within 10 business days. If you are expecting a refund, keep in mind that it may take some time for your financial institution to process and deposit the funds.
